Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Returns

Relight SA will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 10 days of receipt of item. Items must be returned to us in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Once the item has been inspected and the return has been validated, we will at your choice:

  1. refund you via bank transfer
  2. refund you in store credit
  3. replace the item (if stock is available)

Refunds

Items must be returned to us in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received. All of our products may be refunded, unless specified otherwise in the product description.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
